A stairlift allows the homeowner to retain their mobility and independence in their own home, and we understand the emotion attached to this. So if your stairlift develops a problem we understand how important it is to have it up and running again as soon as possible.
Our expert maintenance and repair service is provided only by our own experienced engineers, is available on any make or model of stairlift and we are happy to maintain and repair stairlifts installed by other companies.

Every new stairlift installed by Sterling Stairlifts is provided with a comprehensive 3 year warranty, with a 12 month warranty on reconditioned stairlifts. For additional peace of mind you can opt to extend this with an extended warranty package, please contact us for further information.
We can callout, repair and service third party stairlifts on a pay as you go basis. This depends on the make and model of the stairlift.
Don’t worry, if your existing stairlift is beyond economic repair or is simply too old to repair (e.g. parts no longer available) then we will offer a minimum of £100 for it in part-exchange for a new or approved used stairlift. Please contact us for further information.
